Gary Harpst - Founder and CEO - Prior to founding Six Disciplines in 2001, Gary was a co-founder of Solomon Software. During the twenty years Gary led that organization, Solomon grew to be one of the industry’s market leaders, installing more than 60,000 business systems around the world, before it was eventually sold to Great Plains Software and acquired by Microsoft. Vern Strong - Software Development - Vern is a co-owner in Six Disciplines and oversees our technology and software development processes. Prior to joining Six Disciplines, Vern was a co-founder of Solomon Software, and served as senior vice president of software development for twenty years.

Skip Reardon - Performance Excellence Program Director - Skip is responsible for performance excellence services and support for Six Disciplines Partners and Coaches. He's also responsible for digital marketing, brand awareness, web presence, social media, and PR. Prior to joining Six Disciplines, Skip was manager of industry analyst relations, competitive intelligence and market research for Microsoft Business Solutions. Prior to that, he served in various marketing, communications, training and software design roles at Solomon Software for twenty years.
