    A clear road map that will help you get from point A to point B. Most companies are good at the strategic planning process. As a management consultant I have seen that most problems with strategy occur at the implementation stage. This book will help with the process.

    Kellermeyer Company could be a poster child for what Gary Harpst has described in Execution Revolution. We tried it all in the past: consultants, computer programs, internal planning and more--but nothing "stuck." Strategic Planning became a joke in the organization and the employees saw no value and had no buy in to where the company wanted to go.
